*sigh*

It's cold out here, all by my lonesome.

Monday, November 27, 2006

Hey suckers.

What's up?

How are your novels?
How are your girlfriends?
How are your boyfriends?
How is employment?
Did you eat much food for Bird Day?
I hope you at least ate some bird.
I was not home. I visited Boy.
I shall be home on December 15th, but probably much too late to do anything that day.
Also, I shall be tired.
But generally, we should get together.
Hang out.
Chillax.
Whatever.

TRAVIS.

The greatest man to ever live.

I hope you have a good day. And maybe get totally and utterly trashed.

Whatever. You know.

Love,
EYS

I'm a nerd.

This is the 4th night this week I've spent doing D&D stuff.

Also, I miss you guys.

Life

It was here, it was wonderful, and it was short, but it was great.

Now it's over, it has gone, and I'm lost, so now I'll wait.

Thursday, August 17, 2006

Last hurrah.

I will fucking miss Home Base.

Tim: I find it somehow perfect that you would sleep through my last visit.
Amanda: Have the best time ever with Nicole, please.
Mike: You're awesome, and I will miss you crazymuch.
Travis: You're awesome, and and I'm pretty fucking excited to get to know you better next time I'm in town.
Eric: Do you even frequent HB anymore? Just out of curiosity. And if you do: Hi.

My AIM, for those of you who may not have it and wish to AIM me like a madman: ElissaYvonne
My school e-mail, if you get the urge to send, because I check it like I'm OCD: elissaschufman_2009@depauw.edu
And as always, I will post on HB.

Love,

EYS

Sunday, August 06, 2006

So.

First:
Haircut!

Also. When are all of you not busy? I leave the 18th for school, which is a rapidly approaching twelve days away. I have D&D every evening the 10th through the 14th, and a few other commitments here and there, but I would like to see all of you at least once more.

Heartingly,

EYS

Disgust (utter).

My seven year old sister asked me yesterday, "How many calories do you think there are in a bowl of ramen?"

Let me repeat.

SEVEN.

Friday, July 28, 2006

To the point.

This is how I feel about my life as of late. Floor-sprawling self-pity is the only kind that manages to look artistic (with a little help from GIMP). It's also time consuming, so I think I shall endeavour to avoid it from now on.

My planner is rapidly accumulating massive amounts of activities for the rest of my short summer. I leave for school on August 18th, if anyone cares. I'd like to see you guys before then. And Travis--fucking be home when I come over! Everyone says you're badass awesome, but you're never around so I know diddly about you from personal experience.

Also, I need more fucking time. Take it any way you like.

Peace out.

Invisible

But still, in the end, so very there. The last bastion of sensibility, still grasping the slipping firmaments of truth, lest they be lost to the void, along with the rest.

Quickly now, running, racing to beat the bounding fires, tearing at the heels of sanity.

All is
not lost.

Tuesday, July 04, 2006

Because I can't write something new, I'll post something old.

Summarily:

I am born an amalgamation of the Midwest,
not like my brothers who are half Japanese, born
with a culture already inside of them.
I learn early how to shovel,
how to write,
how to deep fry anything I can get my hands on, anything that
was once alive.
At the age of eight, I am resigned to
cancer and at least two heart attacks.
At the house, I am never permitted to help with heavy lifting. My mother
talks a lot, says very little, and teaches me how to do the dishes. She
tries with futile effort to make me remember
where the cheese grater is stored. Even young, I understand that what
you buy and wear
represents you as
a person; I buy
glass bottles filled with sand and
fruit scented lotion and striped shirts and wallow in all of it.
Eventually my family stops supporting my rampant addiction to consumerism.
Years later, I get a job at a small office where the only thing
in the fridge was canned beer.

My first heartbreak, at the age of nine:
my mother says I have to say goodbye to all my
childhood friends, hug their cotton filled bodies one last
time.
Three can stay—I choose to save a white cat,
a blue tiger, and a husky.
I regret having to let the big pink rabbit die. I love him, and
cry to see him put in the trash with yesterday’s leftovers, and plastic
wrapping from my little brother’s newest toys, and too many
used coffee filters. Years later,
I grow up, and hate the smell of coffee until the day I die.

Unicorns are so much cooler

Really.

They are.

And that's all I have to say on the matter.

Still true.

I love Damien Rice.
I want to have his motherfucking babies.

I feel smart.

But you are all going to disagree.

Don't worry. I try hard not to hold it against anyone else. I am at work, and not really thinking to hard about much besides going home.

I enjoy my life there. I want to move on in certain areas. Move in different ways. Career. Life in general. I am in for a change again. Having Amanda live with me was a good change. She makes me feel complete. I just need to change other parts of me to make her and I more comfortable.

Home Base.

Hmm.

I can see where this is going.

Home Base Home.

I am back from Colorado. It was all in all really super depressing. My uncle Mark is holding up well, though. (It was his son who died.)

D&D was tonight. It was smashing. I am a pretty freaking good DM.

When do you get here, Amanda? Cause I have to make sure I see you as soon as possible. I am leaving town to visit boy for a while. I am at his house for just over a week, and then his extended family is all going on a camping trip for ten days and I am invited, so I am going. So a good chunk of my summer is going to disappear on that.

I miss home base. I shall be sure to stop by soon, assuming all of you are not busy out the wazoo. And that I am not busy either.

So. When are you buggers free for chillaxing?

The Beast.

I just was wondering how your day of the beast is going.

Mine is good. I cleaned a lot, and put a bed skirt on my bed.

Yeah. It's been good. I am pretty sure it will be an alright night. Maybe I'll get to sleep early like I always do. Or maybe I will stay up a little later, and do nothing with that time.

Hugs and Kisses, miss you all.

Timothy.

Saturday, June 03, 2006

So alone.

So Home Base was empty except for me yesterday.

Also, I was talked into working tomorrow, so any plans made with other members of Home Base might have to be pushed back to past 6ish.

But yeah. Home Base. I slept there. I was the only one.

It was odd.

I hope you can maybe come home soon.

Wednesday, May 31, 2006

WTF?

My phone will not let me send text messages to Tim's phone.

For any reason.

I ask you,
what could possibly be the cause of that?

N620813723380

I want to walk down a path into a part of a forest that does not seem safe. I want to run along with you holding my hand. I want to make you feel safe in this area that we both know is not safe. The path is so run down it is hard to know if it is even still a path at all.

Bushes and trees creep over into the way as we are trying to make our way. It feels like a path we have taken before, but really we have just heard of other people taking it. Most of them do make it down this path. When they get there, they tell everyone how great the view is. The park at the end of the path. They say it is the place to be.

For now. We make our way through the rough terrain. Up and down hills. Through the underbrush. Holding hands.

With the thoughts of the future, who needs the past.

Tuesday, May 23, 2006

Right on. Right on.

Oh. How is everyone? Are you all excited for Friday when Elissa and Boyish come over and buy us all pizza? I am. When she is here, that will leave only two Home Basians not centrally located.

What do we think of maybe adding more people? Get this place to be a little more involved? I have no real ideas of who to add, but I guess they should be someone we all mostly know.

I have no good ideas.

I have not much really going on. I am slowly ticking down the days that Amanda moves to me. I am really crazy about her, and I am very excited. I got my oil changed today, and also got an application to Fox 9.

In sad news. The Home Base White Board has fallen to it's death. It wanted to take a nap, but damn it... it died in it's sleep.

Mourn it.

I don't know what else to say. Amanda. Start packing. Mike. Make some money. Elissa. OMG LOST. Travis. Nice seeing you again. Erik. You don't come here often.

How about it. Should we get a new white board, or just new sticky stuff?

Monday, May 22, 2006

Local.

I'm back. Tired. Been working on D&D stuff almost nonstop since I got back. Running a week-long campaign for Boy and some friends. Starting Wednesday.

I'll see you people sometime this week.

*snooze*

Friday, May 19, 2006

Four. Oh, one? Kay.

The future is a vast, fickle mistress, stowing secrets in dark places, obscured and obfuscated in overly obtuse and ominous locales.

It flees as a gazelle, clumsily bounding away, ever out of reach.

What, then, is left? Is there even a choice?

Run.

*hearty heart heart*

I love Mason Jennings.
He rocks. Find the album Century Spring and listen to it. I would give it to you, but I stole it off someone's computer and it's only on my iPod, so I can't get it on my computer.

Listen to the song "Bullet".
It rocks.

P.S. Four days until I am home! I will probably not see you guys until a bit after that. And Amanda, of course, not for a while. But. It will be a rocking summer.

Owwwww. V. 2.1

I don't really hurt. I just saw a trend, and thought I would stick to it. I guess I am just that kind of kid. What up, dawg?

So I am lazy. But today I am taking care of that. I emailed Fox 9 trying to figure out the best way to apply. I am getting my hair cut. I am sending off a grad card to a certain girl. I am emptying a bank account into my own account.

I win the day.

But I am sure someone else will win the week.

I guess... my back is stiff, so oww.

Sunday, May 14, 2006

Owwww v2.0

Spyware explosion.
Fuck shit fuck.

Thank Deity for Safe Mode.

Friday, May 12, 2006

Owwww.

List of body parts that have been hurting nonstop for three days:
Head (temples. Headache. Ow).
Back.
Breasts.
Some weird internal thing somewhere near my appendix and intestines.

WTF, people?

Also, I got my CD in the mail. I am happy about that. I am not so happy about the fact that I have to write sixteen pages of paper in the next five days. Ewww. I should really write my ten page paper tomorrow, but I don't want to. But I will try.

Also, today I drew a map of a D&D world and set up the first session of one of my campaigns. The one involving my friends Ashley, Brianna, and Emily. It will be loads of fun.

We are not all machines.

Being busy is indeed our way of being. We love to love to work through our lives. Seeing our goals reached, and our futures known. That is why some of us are feverishly packing up our dorm rooms. That is why some of us are wonderfuxly working long hours at our jobs making all the cash we can. That is why some of us are in another country doing girls, or education, or drugs, or something.

We do things because we need to go places in life. I need to work my ass off so I can move again. In a year. I am worried about having enough money for a year from now. I should be worried about what is wrong with my brain. What is there really to be worried about at all? Nothing is going to stop me from moving. Money or no money I am going to find a way.

What are you going to do? Got plans that you are sticking to no matter what?

My plans are to spend the next month and one week being just okay, and after that I plan on being the fucking happiest fucker in the world. Sunday will be half a year together. I'm alright with that. I mean, she is a pretty cool girl, and I kinda love her a lot.

Anyways. Home Base. Why is everyone so busy?

Wednesday, May 10, 2006

Is that a new way to dance?

I always loved it in some form of comedy when there would be someone dyeing of a seizure or choking but everyone thinks that they are just playing around.

Then at the last second someone understands and saves their life. Does it really happen that way? Do you ever see someone choking, and think that they are just trying to fool you? Do you ever see anyone choking even? If you did would you wait until the last second to save their life? What if you failed?

Where the hell did this journal come from? I am not even sure why I started typing this journal at all. I just felt like I should say type something. Okay, I guess I have accomplished everything I needed to do.

Except... Elissa. You can't steal my girlfriend and throw her into a life of your own sexual desires. You are a freak, and you are not allowed to do that. Freak.

I guess I will go on to say that I am finished with College, and Amanda is finished with High School. Life goes on. I won't be seeing Mike for a few days. He leaves to early, and gets home all tired so I guess I will just wish him luck at work the rest of the week.

Well. Yeah.

I miss you.

Notarized.

I just bought the Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat soundtrack from Amazon.com.

I think I am officially a nerd.

(8*3)^Au

They float around my head, now, begging to be rent. Tomorrow can't come soon enough, though today the path was set. Imaginings, impressions, scant notions scarecely thought; they sing to me a lullaby, intentions duly wrought. And by the fire of mine eye, these images all cease, for once alighted on my hands, their fancy be unleashed.

Volatilis somnium.

I'm a Toy's R Us Kid.

Well. Honestly. What it really comes down to is that I don't want to grow up. I know I am an adult. I know I have responsibilities. I know I have it better than a lot of people my own age. I turned a year older yesterday, and like every single one of my birthday's over the past few years, I was completely depressed the entire day.

I did enjoy the things I was doing, and it is nobodies fault that I was, but I just don't like growing older. It is really something.

Am I the only one that doesn't like getting older?

Dearest residents of the little corner of the internet we like to call Home Base,

I am making a fucknormous music mix for my eleven hour drive back to the Twin Cities when school is over.

Suggestions are appreciated. A lot. I am looking for stuff more on the upbeat side. (Read: I love Andrew Bird, but he's just not the sort of guy who is pop and upbeat.) Also, I am induldging in all the guilty pleasures of music. Here is what I have so far (I hope Blogger does thumbnails of images):

I also have some other songs which will be added to the list as soon as I am finished DLing them.
Aerosmith - Walk This Way
White Stripes - Seven Nation Army
Right Said Fred - I'm Too Sexy
Ricky Martin - Livin' La Vida Loca
Queen - Another One Bites the Dust
Devo - Whip It
Wham - Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go

So. Yes. Indeed. I loves the guilty pleasures of the Spice Girls and Ricky Martin. Any other such things which I am neglecting (no boy bands, Boy will shoot me in the face if I make him listen to N'Sync or something), please let me know. Or really, anything that rocks.

A thought for the day.

"千金難結一時之歡,一飯竟郅終身之感。蓋愛重反為仇,薄极反成喜也。"

"One thousand pieces of gold will not earn a moment of true friendship, but a simple kindness like offering a meal may earn a lifetime's gratitude. Love if taken to extremes, can arouse enmity, while a trifling can turn resentment to joy."

This is a certain sort of day. I have been pretty relaxed. I haven't done much. Watched an episode of Lost. Played maybe 20 minutes of Oblivion. Slept for far to long.

I argued with my girlfriend over something stupid again. Which happens from time to time because I am "fun" that way, and she is under a lot of stress. I love her more than anything. We are close, and we are in love, and these little arguements are not something that is going to stop us. Being with her, I know that we are more than perfect for each other. We will be the most flirty couple in the world once we are together. I can't even tell if we will ever have these small arguements again. We will fight, but those will mostly be caused by us adjusting toward living together. Those fights will stop shortly, because I know that living with her is going to be easier than living with some other people.

I am done with school as of Monday. Seriously. I will have finished my Internship. Finished school. Done. Welcome to the rest of my life.

I am not stressed out anymore. Not like girlfriends who are coming to the end of finals, and making final plans to move across the country. Not like others who are in other countries trying to go to school, and balance a personal life. Not like others who are wondering what they are going to do with their summer away from boy. I almost feel bad.

I guess I should come clean. I am a bad boyfriend. I am an asshole a lot. I am not going to be anymore. Or at least I am going to try so hard my head might explode.

I plan on being a better person. I guess that can be my new stress.

Wednesday, May 03, 2006

Awesome.

Oh my Jesus.

This is awesome.

Thank my friend Emmanuel.

Monday, May 01, 2006

I am five again.

I am having a birthday. So is Mike, but he is turning 20 or something, and that hardly matters. I am turning 21. I am in no mood to drink, and I am pretty sure my family is planing a trip to Iowa for my birthday. The idea is that we are going to Iowa and going to eat Sonic, and then I bet they are going to get me very drunk far away from my own home.

I want you to be there with me, but I will be alright with out you. Barely.

I don't care how old I am anymore. It doesn't really matter anymore.

Old enough. I guess that is fine.

So. Wish me a happy one sometime soon.

Or be like Mike, and wish me death sometime soon. Also. Wish Mike a happy one sometime soon. Like, the 8th or something.

Sunday, April 30, 2006

P.S.

I just went to the grocery store and bought an entire watermelon.

Guess what I'll be doing tomorrow?

Stuffed.

Boy and I had our six month anniversary yesterday.
It was wonderful. He makes me happy. We went out to dinner at a cute little french restaurant and I ate more food than I thought it was possible for me to eat in a sitting.

Let's list:
Baked brie on toast for an appetizer
Baked french onion soup
Sliced bread
Salad with ridiculously good garlic ceasar dressing
Cute little scoop of raspberry sorbet ("to cleanse the pallet")
Steak with gorgonzola cheese inside, wrapped in bacon with lots of mushrooms
Mashed potatoes (buttery beyond reason)
Peas
Peach souffle

Soooooo yummy. And he paid. And I have no idea how much things cost, because the waitress was sneaky and gave me a menu without prices on it and Dave wouldn't tell me how much things cost. I'm pretty sure it was around $80, but I'm not going to ask and he's not going to tell me unless I do.

I.
Like.
Food.

Friday, April 28, 2006

Woo Woo Woo.

Fine. I will carry this blog on my back. I guess in order to get you all to write, I will have to give you a series of questions.

Mike. Seriously. Would it kill you to tell us about your brand new job? What do you do for a living? Build schools for needy children?

Elissa. How is school, what do you learn. What is your major? Are you dating anyone?

Travis. What did you do today with your father? Seriously, what is with your Nord character? If you and him fought, do you think you could win?

Amanda. What the hell. How was Disney World? What about your new job? Seriously. How is everything?

Erik. When are you going to join? How is life going down in that way off land? I hope you bought me something sweet in Argentina.

Timothy. You're odd. Why would you make such a stupid blog. Where do you even get off telling your friends what to do? You are a fucker, just like Mike always says.

Confuckingsumerism.

I took a two hour nap from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, and it is 11:00 and I am tired enough that I can't get any of my homework done.

In other news, Boy and I have our six month anniversary tomorrow. We're going out on a real, proper date. I'm excited.

Only three weeks until school is over. I am elated, and at the same time crushed. I am excited to see all of you, but I will miss people here, and really miss Boy. Assuming we do the long distance thing. We will have that conversation within the next week. It shall be interesting.

Also, Mike: Totally saw someone today with a shirt that had Navi and "Hey! Listen!" on the front of it. I don't know where he bought it, but I blame Hot Topic.

Wednesday, April 26, 2006

You're an ugly name.

Just so you know. I would trade every single one of you (Almost all of you at least.) for one Garden Salsa Chip. Seriously I would sell you all in pieces to freaking butchers just for enough money for one bag.

Multigrain crack.

I am pretty sure the devil herself made these in the center of the earth. Baking them in the fires of her own personal hell. Using our ancestors as fuel to make them extra crispy.

Just go ahead. Give it a try. You will thank me.

Have I ever led you down a wrong path on food or beverage?

Chipotle? Propel? Garden Salsa?

Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 1 & 2.

These games are awesome. I started playing the first one today. I get to fucking eat things to gain power--things being creatures, other devils, or people. I am so ridiculously fond of this game.

I am now simultaneously playing:
Dark Cloud
Jade Cocoon
Jade Cocoon 2
Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 1
Final Fantasy X
Ephemeral Fantasia

I wonder if I'll ever finish any of them. FFX has about eight hours on it: the rest of the times are negligible.

Also. FRED SOSTER, FUCK YOU.
Lab at 7 AM tomorrow instead of 8 AM.
And, if it's canceled, which I won't find out until AFTER waking up in the morning, lab is shunted to Wednesday morning.
So instead of 9 AM class, I have 7 AM lab.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Real love.

Look at you, sitting there. Eying me coyly from across the room. Perched in place, parched, pleading.

Your bright skin is soft to the touch, but firm, and healthy. Your bottom obscured by that jazzy little white number. I can't get enough of that gold ribbon draped across your midsection. You are a feast for the eyes, and I can't get enough before I pluck you from your place. A wonder to behold. To hold.

It's almost as if you reach for me, arms outstretched, begging for my attention. You need me. Without me, you'll wither and die, a lonely husk of a forgotten self. You thirst for my love, my presence, my existence, and I, in turn, revel in the companionship whenever I can. You're always there. You won't leave me.

There isn't any other. Not for you. Not for me.

I love you, Milton.

You're the best motherfucking plant, ever.

I live for this.

Setting: Mall of America.

Time: 4:03 AM

Mission: Film a segment about girls in Prom dresses.

Status: Completed.

Details: After showing up in the ENG Truck and getting the tower up into the air, we were approved to enter the back hallways of the MOA. One of us had a press badge, and we were soon surrounded by three security guards. Worker Tim, and Intern Tim (I), were brought further into a hallway and they tried to put us in a broken elevator. Finally the PR lady Liz showed up and set us free. We soon were in the vast open halls of the MOA, and it is a very creepy place when no stores are open and nobody is there.

Our shoot failed to work properly, so instead of Live, we were AsLive. Which is sort of live. More or less, it is shot on tape, and then sent to the station by Microwave (Yes!), and then they play itOur shoot failed to work properly, so instead of Live, we were AsLive. Which is sort of live. More As Live.

It was cool on the way home Worker Tim and I drove around to buy time, and we stopped at a Sports place so he could get a bat. Then I went to the Studio and made fun of the Weather Man.

Now. Current Status: I am at school. Few sleeps occured. Lots done today. More done tomorrow. I bet that bastard Mike is playing Oblivion.

Bastard.

Schedule to the death.

I am running on an empty tank, and I am not sure when to rest. I have so much to even do before the end of today. I have more to do tomorrow, and after that is the last day of my biggest class.

I am a busy boy.

But my days will start to slow down soon. I will both be done with my school, and my internship. I will only have to worry about making money, and counting down the days until I have love in my arms.

My gas tank is empty, but it'll make it for a while on E.

Time to sleep for upwards of 5 hours, and then go to work and then school.

Enjoy your day like it's your last.

It's all gone to Hell...

Oops. It's spelled O-b-l-i-v-i-o-n.

Do you ever feel like your thoughts are pulling you in a thousand directions at once, and you don't know which way to turn to make sense of it all?

Do you ever feel like your thoughts are just a microcosm for the entirety of existence? Like everything pointless little thing you ponder is valid, if only because it mirrors some larger, obscured machination of the very fabric of the Universe, itself?

Do you ever feel like your thoughts are betraying you, because they don't live up to some insane standard you'd like them to?

No? Yeah. Me, neither. I was, uh.....just.....ummm......

So, back to the game, then.

Ramble ramble preamble.

I stopped wearing earrings for a couple months. So when I went to put some earrings in last week, I had to punch through skin which grew over the back of my ears. The right one is on the verge of a not-so-happy infection, so today I went to Wal Mart (satanic though it may be) and bought myself some ten dollar 24-karat gold earrings. Rather, Boy bought them for me. Tiny tiny hoops. So I can wear them to sleep, and keep my ears from closing up again. And also they are not heavy enough (or low enough quality) to irritate my ears. I like them quite a lot. Like . . . a lot.

I got Ephemeral Fantasia in the mail the other day. I have now bought three--count them: uno, dos, tres copias de este juego. But it's worth it. So worth it. I love it more than people should be able to love a video game. I am on week 2, day 1. Time loops every five days. It's pretty fricking cool. And also annoying until you get the character named Claire, because until you do you can't hold onto most items week to week. You get to keep map pieces, and your guitar, whose name is Pattimo. He talks, and is generally smarter than the main character, whose name is Mouse.

I also started playing FFX. Now, if you haven't heard my gripe in relation to FFX, this is it: I played it when it first came out, and when I hit about eighty, eighty-five hours of play time, my sister saved over my game. Uber lame. I haven't managed to get up the energy to replay it until now. Because that game is so long, and it would just be depressing to think about how much I'd done, and how I had to do it all over again. Luckily, I've now forgotten anything I ever knew about that game, so it is time for a replay.

Speaking of FF, I'm thinking I am going to play X-2 when I get home this summer. Even though people say it's not as good as the first one. I'd like to try it. I will just get over the fact that there are not as many save points and that the girls go from dressing mostly skanky to completely skanky. Really, I don't have a problem with it. I'm just utterly jealous of how good they look. Stupid pixelated flat tummies and toned thighs. It is wrong that something made of pixels can make you feel even remotely insecure as a person.

I'm still playing Jade Cocoon. Happy. I'm about halfway through, but total playtime for the whole game probably amounts to fifteen or twenty hours. It's easy. I like it. Easy to follow story, easy to understand game mechanics. Just . . . easy. No wonder I liked it so much when I was younger. I didn't have much talent for video games.

I played D&D all day today. I am such a fucking dork. I play a level nine pixie. Pixies fucking ROCK. They have Greater Invisibility as a supernatural ability, which means pixies can remain invisible even when they attack. Normally, Invisibility as a spell wears off when you attack. Also, pixies have it as a free action. Casting a spell is normally a standard action.

Man, I have so much to teach you guys about D&D. You are gonna love it so fucking much.

Love,
Your (future) friendly neighborhood DM.

In the summertime...........

I guess I should just do what I feel.

If I was still in school, this summer would be the best summer vacation ever. Sadly I am not longer in school, but this will still be the best summer vacation I have ever had. Doing summer things was always something I was only slightly intrested in. This summer. I want to do all those young stupid things. I need to think of some cool things to do. Any ideas?

Everything will be more fun for me. I will always be around someone that is cool. Travis. Mike. And Amanda will be around sometimes I bet. Maybe once in a while. Elissa? Maybe you too?

I am pretty happy about the awesome life to come, and I am more happy that I will be able to share it with you.

Hey guys.

Did Travis want to do this blog thing with us?
Because if so, I still need his e-mail.

Also, I just had a popsicle.
Summer rawks.

Rector.

I get to live in Rector Village next year for housing.
It is awesome. It means my friends and I live in a relatively small building, and we get an entire floor to ourselves.

Heck yes. I am pumped. We weren't originally going to get in, but some people dropped out and we were next on the waiting list. Oh em gee, next year will rock. I hope. I mean, it will. But Boy is hoping to go to Japan the entirety of next year, and we won't really find out about that for a while. So it would rock super hard if he were here. But he probably won't be.

Fuck it. It will rock super hard anyway.
I fucking SAY SO.

Takes an Egg to Make a Hen

Come on.

Admit the fact that everyone that writes on this page is in love with Andrew Bird. You totally know you are. I can tell.

So. This is a big thank you to Timothy For introducing you all to HIM. And this is Timothy telling you all that I am glad I could make your lives so much better by introducing you to such a wonderful musical wonderfux.

So for an update on life's givings. I am doing just fine. I know you all care so much. I want you to make sure you know I am happy. More happy than I have ever been. I mean, what is this life that has hit me suddenly. I grew up fast. I moved. I graduated. I started a new job. I got a girlfriend. I got that girlfriend to move in with me. I am no longer a child, that is for sure. When did I grow up. Michael. What happened to me. I shouldn't even be allowed to do half the things I have been doing.

But I can do them. And I will. Maybe you can do them as well.

I think Home Base is only going to get better.

So...err.....Fa.

Perhaps a davenport, instead?

No. I don't get it, either.

Anyway, tonight there shall be goings on and happenings, the rumblings of which will be felt for miles and years.

Plus, I'm totally going to kick Travis' ass at Halo.

Score.

Chicken.

Today, I had a lengthy discussion with a certain someone about the merits/flaws of:
chicken
chicken flakes (as a cereal)
chickenade (like lemonade, but made with fresh squeezed chicken).

Happy Monday.

Wake up with FOX 9.

I went to bed at 12ish. I woke up at 3:30. I went to work, and now I am home. It is 9:52. I am going to now leave, and go to school. Hopefully finish something in time to come home and nap, so I can make it through work tonight.

Travis has to close, that is for sure. Also, I have to sleep like a baby.

I can't die, that would be bad for business.

Easter.

Easter was good.

I skipped church, even though I told my mom I would go. I'm not sure what I'll tell her: truth or lie?
I woke up at 11, played Jade Cocoon for two hours, then slept for two and a half hours.
Then Boy and I made dinner. Real food. Breaded chicken, tortellini, garlic bread. Copious amounts of food. I am so full right now.
I have some homework for spanish class that needs to get done, so I need to work on that now. Then I am going to go play more Jade Cocoon.

Real food makes me giddy.

Well, then.

Today.

Was.

Jade Cocoon.

I actually got to go off campus today.
Drove an hour to Plainfield.
Boy got new flip flops, and I got to go to Target (consumergasm). It was bliss.
We stopped at EB Games, and Boy bought about $120 worth of PS2 games.

I bought a used copy of Jade Cocoon for five dollars.

FUCK.
YES.
BITCH.

I am so excited. I played for about forty-five minutes, and it was bliss. I love this game.
Go PSX.
